NORTH ADAMS -- A second-half goal by Kelsey Marini gave the MCLA women’s soccer team a 1-0 win over Elms College on Saturday.
Marini took a pass from Kaitlyn Brown and converted a shot from about 40 yards out in the 64th minute.
MCLA outshot the visitors 15-5 and held a 4-2 advantage in corner kicks.
The Trailblazers improved to 2-3, while Elms is now 1-3.
Trinity 2, Williams women 0
HARTFORD, Conn. -- A pair of second-half goals gave Trinity this win over Williams.
Trinity’s goals were by Laura Nee and Abbey Lake.
Hannah Van Wetter had two saves in goal for Williams, while Trinity’s Monica DiFiori had four. The Ephs are now 1-1-1.

HARTFORD, Conn. -- A score by captain Shaun McGann in the 105th minute vaulted host Trinity to a 2-1 win in double overtime.
Trinity improved to 3-0, while No. 2-ranked Williams fell to 2-1.
The Ephs’ Jonathan Westling scored an unassisted tally in the first half to give the visitors the lead at halftime. Trinity punched in an equalizer in the second half by Cody Savonen in the 88th minute, forcing overtime.
Trinity outshot Williams 19-11.

HARTFORD, Conn. -- The home side took a 3-0 lead at halftime. Williams got on the board at 52:10 on a score by Cary Hairfield.
The Ephs fell to 0-3, while Trinity improved to 3-0.
MCLA wins two
POULTNEY, Vt. -- MCLA, behind 21 aces, earned a four-set win over Green Mountain College on Saturday. The Trailblazers prevailed 25-21, 25-11, 16-25, 27-25 to improve to 5-4 this season.
Senior middle hitter Julia Christian led MCLA with eight kills, while freshman middle hitter Rachel Mills added seven more. Junior outside hitter Allie Chang and sophomore setter Courtney Parent combined for 15 of MCLA’s 21 aces.
MCLA also beat Becker College in four sets -- 21-25, 25-21, 25-14, 25-23.
Senior middle hitter Sam Anderson tallied 13 kills and six aces in the win.
MCLA runs at SVC
BENNINGTON, Vt. -- Junior Anthony Cancilla finished sixth overall at the Southern Vermont Invitational, as the Trailblazers earned a fifth-place team finish.
Cancilla ran the 5-kilometer course in 18 minutes, 55 seconds. Travis Smith and Peter Mayotte finished 16th and 17th, respectively, for MCLA.
