Miss Hall's School's soccer team was 1-0-1 this week, tying King School (Conn.) on Saturday and beating The Forman School 5-4 on Wednesday.
Caroline Saltzman's second-half goal was all the Hurricanes got Saturday, but it was enough for the draw -- thanks in part to the defense, led by Natalie Shindler, Sarah Willson, Indiana Ravenhill, Kelsey Rich and Gabriela Keator.
On Wednesday, Miss Hall's blew a 4-1 halftime lead, with Forman tying the match with less than 3 minutes to play. Marlowe Mendez, though, scored the game-winner for Miss Hall's.
