It's time to brush up on your college basketball knowledge, folks.
The NCAA tournament field is set and brackets will be due before you know it. It's a lot of leg work to research 68 teams, let alone study the in-depth data that can project outcomes. But fortunately, I'm here to give you a head start.
Bracket Advisor 2014 is live and ready to help you win March.
A quick reminder of how I work:
I've compiled a database of 11 years of historical NCAA tournament information and singled out the most meaningful statistics for the current 68-team tournament field. With this, I can give you the win probability of any potential matchup in the NCAA tournament.
It doesn't mean lock picks, but it will provide the odds of an upset or for the favorite to advance based on statistical analysis. You can prioritize the statistical categories as you'd like and then see a side-by-side comparison of where each team's strengths are.
Head on over to Bracket Advisor before brackets are due and throughout the tournament to get the inside scoop. I'll also be doling out advice on Twitter @BracketAdvisor, including Bracket Advisor Office Hours on Tuesday from 3-5 p.m. ET.
Send in your questions and comments via Twitter and I'll happily exchange some numbers and knowledge.
And if you need a bracket, there's one available for you here.
