By the time some readers open their newspaper or check online today, the Wahconah hockey team will know who it will be playing in the Western Massachusetts Division III-A tournament.
The Division III-A seeding meeting is at 9 a.m. at West Springfield's Dante Club.
The Warriors are the only Berkshire County team to have qualified for the Division III-A tournament.
Last year, Wahconah reached the finals as the fifth seed. The Warriors beat No. 4 Belchertown 2-0 and then knocked off top-seeded Chicopee 6-5, before losing to No. 2 Chicopee Comp 4-2 in the championship game.
In 2014, Wahconah was the second seed and won the Western Mass. title, after beating Easthampton, Belchertown and Chicopee in the title game.
