CHESHIRE — The Hoosac Valley girls soccer team staged a furious comeback in the second half to escape with a 4-3 victory over Amherst.
Hoosac (2-1) trailed 3-0 at halftime, but four goals in the second half, including Olivia Bresett's game-winner in the 78th minute, led Berkshire County's Hurricanes to the win.

Carah Cote tied the game for Hoosac with six minutes remaining before Bresett's winner. Madison Vigna assisted on the final two Hoosac goals.
