To the editor of THE EAGLE:
Clarence Fanto thinks that Westfield State University President Evan Dobelle has hit a speed bump in the road (column, Sept. 22.) Not me! I think he’s reached the end of the road with his misuse of public funds and misguided practices.
This is not the first university that has suffered from his shenanigans. He has overstepped the boundaries of his office multiple times, and is unapologetic for his misdeeds. His sense of self-aggrandizement is beyond belief.
As an alumni of the university, I hope he is fired for his flagrant bad behavior. Westfield State University needs an honest leader as president, and Evan Dobelle has abused his power. JOAN SAMUELS KAISER
