n 8:15 a.m.: Police investigate a reported breaking and entering on Cromwell Avenue. Services are rendered and no arrests are made.

n 8:41 a.m.: Marcus A. Fowlkes, 26, of Prospect Street, is arrested by police on a warrant.

n 11:45 a.m.: Peter R. Daigneault, 52, no address given, is arrested by police on a charge of disorderly conduct as a subsequent offense.
