MONTEREY -- A resident of Gould Farm remains missing nearly two days after possibly hiking in Great Barrington.

Alexander Dickey, 28, was last seen on Main Street in Great Barrington around 1:40 p.m., according to Monterey police. Based on Dickey's last call from his cellphone, Sgt. Michael Johnson says the avid hiker was apparently in the area of East Mountain/East Rock trail of Quarry Street in Great Barrington later that afternoon.

Dickey is described as being 5 feet 10 inches tall, 140-145 pounds with brown hair, blue eyes and wearing glasses. The New Hampshire native is currently a client at Gould Farm off Route 23. The working farm provides psycho-social rehabilitation in a noninstitutional environment for adults coping with mental health conditions, according to the nonprofit's website.
