In Northern Berkshire District Court March 25:

  • Amitpal Kharbanda, 29, of Summer Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of leaving the scene of property damage and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Kharbanda was also found responsible for failing to stop at an intersection. He was fined $85 and placed on probation until March 24, 2015.
  • Grace Sprague, 25, of Cliff Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of receiving stolen property over $250. Sprague was sentenced to six months in Berkshire County Jail and House of Correction.
  • Jesse Goman, 25, of Massachusetts Avenue, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of two counts of violating an abuse prevention order, two counts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and class B drug possession. Goman was sentenced to seven months in Berkshire County Jail and House of Correction.
  • In Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:

  • Nadine Moore, 49, of South Stream Road, Bennington, Vt., admitted to sufficient facts on two counts of operating a motor vehicle without a license and one count of refusing to identify herself that were continued without a finding until May 28, 2014. Moore was also found responsible for a marked lanes violation.

    She was fined $80.
  • Alison Schilling, 53, of Eagle Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of operating under the influence, second offense, and leaving the scene of property damage. She was fined $1,100 and placed on probation until March 30, 2016. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was continued without a finding.
