In Southern Berkshire District Court on Thursday:

William Victor, 68, of South Street, Pittsfield, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended from an OUI. He admitted to sufficient fact to two charges related to driving an uninsured motor vehicle and driving a vehicle with a suspended registration. He will spend 60 days in the Berkshire County Jail & House of Correction.

Barbara Simone, 46, of Fairview Street, Lee, will have a charge of larceny by check under $250 dismissed if she pays restitution of $107.

Channing Pavin, 26, of Bradley Street, Lee, was found guilty of shoplifting by asportation and she faces a $50 fine and $13 in restitution.

In Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

Lionel Ortiz, 32, of Church Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle that was continued without a finding until May 2, 2014. Ortiz was fined $50, and was also found not responsible on a charge of improper operation of a motor vehicle.

Michael Gonzales, 37, of Bracewell Avenue, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found responsible for an unregistered motor vehicle. Charges of an uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal ID were continued without a finding until June 4, 2014. Gonzales was fined $105.

Shaina Chappell, 25, of State Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license that was continued without a finding until June 4, 2014. Chappell was fined $50.

Bryan Leasot, 25, of Jacques Avenue, Worcester, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and an uninsured motor vehicle that were continued without a finding until June 4, 2014. Charges of operating under the influence, second offense and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were dismissed, and Leasot was found not responsible for speeding and a marked lanes violation. He was fined $50.

Jonathan Spence, 27, of Summit Road, Richmond, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
