WILLIAMSTOWN -- Nicholas Moulton has returned to Mezze Bistro + Bar as head chef, charged with leading the kitchen and designing and executing the seasonal menu.

An alumnus of Mezze, Moulton served as the eatery’s sous chef from early 2009 through 2012.

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Moulton is originally from the Berkshires and has worked in the region for many years.

He most recently served as head chef at Public Eat + Drink in North Adams. He has also served as sous chef at The Orchards Hotel in Williamstown for two years, and apprenticed at Blantyre (Relais & Chateaux), L’espalier, Wheatleigh and Craigie on Main.
