In Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:
n Kelsy Pero, 23, of Bellevue Avenue, Adams, had a charge of shoplifting by asportation continued without a finding at May 2, 2014. Pero was fined $50.
n Christopher Bailey 35, Orchard Street, Adams, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Bailey was also found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker.
n Wendy Gagne, 43, of Union Street, North Adams, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and an uninsured motor vehicle dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
n Michael Valentine, 23, of Hall Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest that were continued without a finding until May 9, 2014. Valentine was fined $50.
n Ashley Luczynski, of Massachusetts Avenue, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of assault and battery. Luczynski was sentenced to 14 days in Berkshire County Jail & House of Correction, with eight days’ credit for time served. A charge of malicious destruction of property over $250 was continued without a finding and dismissed.
n Eric Chretien, 43, of Rand Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of disorderly conduct, second offense, and sentenced to 90 days in Berkshire County Jail & House of Correction.
In Southern Berkshire District Court on Thursday:
n Severn Goodwin, 37, of Housatonic, pleaded guilty to operating under the influence and leaving the scene of personal injury. He was sentenced to six months in the Berkshire County Jail & House of Correction, fined $832, and had his license suspended for 45 days. He was ordered to pay $65 a month for probation through April 2015.
