In Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:

Matthew Ryther, 31, of Primrose Avenue, South Glens Falls, N.Y., admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating under the influence that was continued without a finding until May 18, 2015. Ryther was also found responsible on charges of speeding and a marked lanes violation. He was fined $700.

Henry Vasquez, 47, of Liberty Street, North Adams, was found guilty of violating an abuse prevention order. Vasquez was sentenced to 59 days in Berkshire County Jail and House of Correction.

Michelle Riopelle, 24, of East Quincy Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest that were continued without a finding until May 18, 2015. Riopelle was found guilty of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. She was fined $50.

Zachary Peltier, 21, of Elm Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of attempting to commit a crime that was continued without a finding until May 18, 2015. Peltier was fined $50.

Nicole Caron, 34, of Gallup Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of shoplifting by asportation that was continued without a finding until July 18, 2014. Caron was fined $50.
