In Southern Berkshire District Court on Monday:
Jack R. Wall, 21, of Danbury Road in Wilton, Conn., had a charge of destruction of personal property against him dismissed by the Probation Department. Wall was ordered to pay $500 restitution for the incident, which happened on Sunday.
Donald Reinsauer, 58, of Barnum Street, Sheffield, submitted to sufficient facts for a guilty plea to a charge of violating an order of protection in connection with an incident on April 18. The case was continued without a finding until Sept. 15. He was fined $500 and ordered to abide by the order of protection.
Lori A. Stuber, 52, of Pleasant Street, Housatonic, submitted to facts sufficient for a finding of guilty on one count of larceny under $250 in connection with an incident on June 10. She was fined $250 and her case was continued without a finding until June 24.
Curtis Godfrey, 53, of Pratt Street in Winsted, Conn., had a charge of carrying chemical mace without an FID card continued without a finding until July 21. He was fined $500. Two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon and one count each of carrying chemical mace without an FID card and possession of a Class C substance were dismissed by the commonwealth.
In Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:
Dennis Shade, 38, of Bracewell Avenue, North Adams, was found guilty of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, violating an abuse prevention order, storing a firearm improperly near a minor, possession of a firearm without an FID card, possession of ammunition without an FID card, and assault and battery. Shade was sentenced to 110 days in Berkshire County Jail & House of Correction, with 110 days credit for time already served. A fine of $50 was imposed and Shade was placed on probation until June 22, 2015. A charge of violating a firearm surrender order was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
Melanie Kemp, 34, of Commercial Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of failure to return leased property and ordered to pay $678.37.
Francis Mossolani Jr., 48, of Bracewell Avenue, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Mossolani was sentenced to 18 months in Berkshire County Jail & House of Correction, six months of which is direct and 12 months suspended, and fined $50.
