In Southern Berkshire District County on Thursday:
Jeffrey K. Rawson, 33, of Dublin Road, Richmond, was found guilty to a charge of shoplifting in connection with an incident on June 3. He was fined $100.
Stephen A. Campetti, 53, of Goodrich Street, Stockbridge, submitted to facts sufficient for a guilty finding of one count of operating under the influence of alcohol in connection with an incident on June 25. He was fined $765, his license was suspended for 45 days and he was ordered to attend an Alcohol Education Program. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed by the Probation Department. Campetti also was found not responsible for driving outside marked lanes.
Joel Malumphy, 29, of Prospect Street, Lee, was found guilty of operating under the influence of alcohol in connection with an incident on May 25. He was fined $1,165 and ordered to attend a 14-day alcohol treatment facility. He was found not responsible to a charge of driving outside marked lanes.
Ivan M. Varojas, 27, of East Street, Great Barrington, was found responsible for one count each of unlicensed operation, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding. He was fined a total of $305. Charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation were dismissed at the request of the commonwealth. He was found not responsible to a charge of possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage in a car.
In Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:
Brandon Smith, 18, of Hall Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of disorderly conduct. Smith was fined $150.
Joseph Borque, 29, of Gilmore Avenue, Great Barrington, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
