In Southern Berkshire District Court on Monday:
Hector S. Hernandez, 30, of McGee Road, North Egremont, submitted to sufficient facts for a guilty plea to a count of operating under the influence of alcohol in connection with an incident on June 30. He was fined $665, ordered to surrender his license for 45 days and required to complete an alcohol education program. He was found not responsible for one charge each of driving an unregistered motor vehicle and for failure to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles for a change of address.
Miles Weber, 25, of Pumpkin Hollow Road, Great Barrington, submitted to facts sufficient for a guilty plea to one charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident in connection with a complaint issues April 19. He was fined $290 and his case was continued without a finding until December 29, 2014. He was found not responsible to a charge of driving outside marked lanes.
Marc E. Lavalette, 43, of Main Street, Sheffield, had a charge of assault and battery dismissed at the request of the victim.
In Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:
Angela Perry, 27, of New Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of malicious destruction of property over $250 that was continued without a finding until Aug. 1, 2014. Perry was fined $90.
Jamie Crisp, 29, of Mohawk Forest Boulevard, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of violating an abuse prevention order, assault and battery, shoplifting by concealing merchandise and intimidating a witness.
Damien Rodriguez, 34, of Fifth Street, Fall River, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of class B drug possession, subsequent offense. Rodriguez was sentenced to 60 days in Berkshire County Jail & House of Correction.
