In Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday

Patrick Durkan, 59, of Seaver Street, Easton, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of shoptlifting more than $100 by concealing merchandise that was continued without a finding until 4 p.m. Monday. Durkan was fined $50.

Karijean Olson, 23, of Parker Street, Pittsfield, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of disorderly conduct that was continued without a finding until Aug. 29, 2014. Olson was fined $50.

Joseph Rock, 56, of River Road, Clarksburg, had a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle continued without a finding until July 25, 2014. Rock was fined $50. On an additional charge of speeding, Rock was found not responsible.

Jayson Daniels, 40, of Pines Lodge Park, Williamstown, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license that was continued without a finding until July 22, 2014. Daniels was fined $50. On an additional charge of not having an inspection sticker, Daniels was found not responsible.

Alison Pike-Devio, 27, of Spring Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license that was continued without a finding until Oct. 21, 2014. Pike-Devio was fined $50.

Darrin Failla, 41, of Pearl Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license that was continued without a finding until Aug.

1, 2014. Failla was fined $50. On an additional charge, Failla was found not responsible for a number plate violation.

In Southern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:

Jason Ouellette, 39, of South Main Street, Sheffield, submitted to sufficient facts for a guilty finding to one count each of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and reckless operation of a motor vehicle in connection with an incident on Jan. 24. He was fined a total of $665, ordered to surrender his license for 90 days and ordered to complete an alcohol education program. His case was continued without a finding until Feb. 11, 2015. He was found not responsible to a charge of speeding.

Julian Schoonmaker, 24, of Kelsey Road, Sheffield, submitted to sufficient facts for a guilty finding to one count of malicious destruction to a motor vehicle in connection with an incident on July 21. His case was continued without a finding until Aug. 21 and he was fined $50.

In Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:

Thomas Czupryna, 27, of Howland Avenue, Adams, had a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. In a separate case, Czupryna pleaded guilty to shoplifting by asportation over $100 and was sentenced to one day in Berkshire County Jail & House of Correction.

Joseph Cellana, 27, of Holbrook Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on two counts of receiving stole property under $250 that were continued without a finding until Aug. 21, 2014. Cellana was fined $50.

Wade Roberts, 30, of Hoosac Street, North Adams, had sufficient facts found on three counts of forgery of a check, three counts of uttering a counterfeit note, and three counts of larceny by check under $250 that were dismissed.

Luis Jimenez, 46, of High Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on two charges of disorderly conduct that were continued without a finding and dismissed. Two charges of obstructing a railroad were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Michelle Lewis, 19, of Orchard Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of operating under the influence and negligent operation of a motor vehicle that were continued without a finding until July 21, 2015. Lewis was fined $600. She admitted to sufficient facts on charges of a marked lanes violation and possession of an open container of alcohol, but was found not responsible.

Jamie Bentley, 37, of Houghton Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, that was continued without a finding until Sept. 19, 2014. 

Richard Andrews, 53, of Glen Avenue, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of disturbing the peace that was continued without a finding until Aug. 21, 2014. Andrews was fined $50.
