In Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

Marquita Caesar, 30, of Richview Homes, Pittsfield, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of shoplifting $100 by asportation and class B drug possession that were continued without a finding until Jan. 20, 2015. A second charge of class B drug possession was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

In Southern Berkshire District Court on Thursday:

Antonio Matzar, 34, of Main Street, Great Barrington, submitted to facts sufficient for a guilty plea of operating under the influence of alcohol following an incident on June 14. He was fined $665, ordered to surrender his license for 60 days and attended an alcohol education program.

Domenic S. Capitanio, 21, of Ryan Lane, Otis, submitted to facts sufficient for a guilty plea to a charge of breaking and entering into a building in the nighttime on May 13. He also pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny from a building. He was ordered to pay $1,100 restitution and a $50 victim witness fee. He was placed on probation until July 23, 2015.

Sloan N. Tomlinson, 36, of King Street, Hatfield, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Tomlinson was fined $1,100, placed on probation until July 21, 2016, and ordered to attend a 14-day residential treatment facility.

Tomlinson also submitted to facts sufficient for a guilty finding to driving after suspension of registration, driving an uninsured motor vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle and found not responsible to a charge of driving outside marked lanes.

In Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

Jaime Pratt, 38, of Broadview Terrace, Pittsfield, had a charge of disorderly conduct continued without a finding and dismissed.

Christina Smith, 22, of Barlow Avenue, North Adams, had charges of disturbing the peace and malicious destruction of property over $250 continued without a finding until Aug. 25, 2014. She was fined $50. An additional charge of assault and battery was dismissed upon the request of the victim.

Jason Berry, 22, of Albert Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on two charges of assault and battery that were continued without a finding until Jan. 25, 2015. Berry was fined $50.

Candace Coswell, 34, of School Street, Buckland, was fined $50 and admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle that was continued without a finding until Aug. 1, 2014. She was found not responsible for a marked lanes violation and a state highway traffic violation.

Thomas Moore, 40, of West Street, Pittsfield, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, that was continued without a finding until Aug. 4, 2014. Moore was fined $50.

Wesley Winch, 20, of Ballard Road, Derry, N.H., admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle that was continued without a finding until Aug. 8, 2014. Winch was fined $50.
