In Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:

Brandon Rogers, 20, of Beaver Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle that were continued without a finding until Nov. 17, 2014. Rogers was fined $50.

Waleman Guzman, 32, of Congress Street, Schenectady, N.Y., admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of malicious destruction of property under $250 that was continued without a finding until payment of $100 in fines. A charge of breaking and entering in the daytime for a misdemeanor was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Jesse Sprague, 32, of Cliff Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of larceny over $250. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail. In a separate case, Sprague admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony, malicious destruction of property under $250, and larceny over $250. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail concurrent with the first case.
