In Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:

Robert O'Dell, Jr., 36, of Chase Avenue, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on two counts of class B drug possession that were continued without a finding until Dec. 17, 2014. O'Dell was fined $50.

Angela Tassone, 28, of Allen Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of disorderly conduct that was continued without a finding until Sept. 17, 2014. Tassone was fined $50.

Daniel Hathaway, 47, of Jepson Road, Stamford, Vt., will have a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon payment of a $50 fine. Hathaway was found not responsible for additional charges of improper operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, a tire tread depth violation, and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.

In Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

Brittany Caldwell, 27, of Cutler Street, Groton, Conn., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Ryan Depatie, 36, of Wells Road, Cheshire, had charges of larceny under $250 and credit card fraud under $250 dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Joelle Peterson, 33, of Ashland Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle that were continued without a finding until Sept. 19, 2014. Peterson was fined $50.

Colman O'Connor, 52, of Cole Avenue, Williamstown, had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. O'Connor was also found not responsible for speeding. In a separate case, O'Connor had a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
