In Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

Jackee Daniels, 27, of Crossey Place, North Adams, had a charge of malicious destruction of property under $250 dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Michael Estes, 42, of Pine Circle, Pownal, Vt., admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of changing a vehicle identification number that was continued without a finding until Nov. 25, 2014. He was fined $90. Estes was also found responsible for an unregistered motor vehicle, not responsible for failing to wear a seat belt, and had an uninsured motor vehicle charge dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Kayla Victor, 23, of Chestnut Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise that was continued without a finding until Oct. 24, 2014.

James Kelliher, 29, of Park Street, Adams, was found not responsible for having no inspection sticker and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. A charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Kristina Biros, 24, of Thompson Street, Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on three counts of class B drug possession and five counts of class E drug possession that were continued without a finding until Aug. 26, 2015. She was fined $50.

Three additional counts of class B drug possession were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. In a separate case, charges of class B drug possession and carrying a dangerous weapon were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
