8:11 a.m.: Police take James R. Voghel, 49, of Lincoln Street, into protective custody for
drunkenness.

 9:31 a.m.: Police investigate a report of vandalism on Linden Street.

 11:56 a.m.: Police respond to a reported disturbance at the Cumberland Farm convenience store on First Street. No arrests are made.

 12:56 p.m.: Police respond to a reported domestic disturbance on West Union Street. Peace is restored and no arrests are made.

 2:54 p.m.: Sarail Navarro, 31, of North Pearl Street, is arrested by police on two warrants and is also charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.

 4:49 p.m.: Police take Karen M. Norton, 46, of North Street, into protective custody.

 8:38 p.m.: Police respond to a reported disturbance on First Street. Peace is restored and no arrests are made.

 8:40 p.m.: Police respond to a reported disturbance on Francis Avenue. Peace is restored and no arrests are made.

 10:56 p.m.: Police investigate a reported disturbance on Francis Avenue. Peace is restored and no arrests are made.

 

Saturday, April 13

 

 12:00 a.m.: Police respond to a reported disturbance on Spring Street. Peace is restored and no arrests are made.

 1:51 a.m.: Police investigate a report of suspicious activity on Dickinson Avenue. No arrests are made.

 8:26 a.m.: Lenin Karel Romero is arrested by police following a traffic stop on North Street and is charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle.

 4:47 p.m.: Michael J. Rathbun, 30, with an unknown address, is arrested by police and charged with breaking and entering and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

 5:16 p.m.: Antoine Antonio Alston, 32, of McKinley Terrace, is arrested by police at the Big Y grocery store on West Street on charges of shoplifting and disturbing the peace, both as subsequent offenses, trespass and illegal possession of a class C substance.

 5:46 p.m.: Police arrest Johnathan D. Carnevale, 27, of West Street, at the Big Y grocery store on West Street on a charge of trespass.

 8:08 p.m.: Police respond to a reported disturbance on Plunkett Street. Peace is restored and no arrests are made.

 10:57 p.m.: Ernest A. Duck Jr., 36, address unknown, is arrested by police after a traffic stop on a warrant and is also charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest.
