 11:29 a.m.: Police investigate a reported breaking and entering on South Street. No arrests are made.

 11:43 a.m.: Police investigate a report of suspicious activity on Dutchess Avenue. No arrests are made.

 1:57 p.m.: Police respond to a reported disturbance at the Quality Inn on Cheshire Road. Peace is restored and no arrests are made.

 2:42 p.m.: Tricia M. Reynolds, 27, of Maple Street, is arrested by police at the Walmart on Hubbard Avenue and is charged with shoplifting with a value of more than $100 and illegal possession of class A and B drugs.

 5:32 p.m.: Police investigate a reported past breaking and entering on Egremont Avenue. No arrests are made.

 7:45 p.m.: Police investigate a report of underage drinking at Teo's Hot Dogs on East Street. No arrests are made.

 8:32 p.m.: Police respond to a reported domestic disturbance on Kent Avenue. Peace is restored and no arrests are made.

 9:32 p.m.: Kristopher Demary, 34, of Mohawk Street, is arrested by police and charged with disturbing the peace as a subsequent offense.

 10:01 p.m.: Police take Donald A. Girard, 47, of Curtis Terrace, into protective custody.
