n 11:46 a.m.: Police respond to an accident on North Street. No injuries are reported. Police issue a citation.

n 11:53 a.m.: Police receive report of a larceny at Cumberland Farms on Dalton Avenue.

n 11:57 a.m.: Police receive a report of a motor vehicle broken into at Berkshire Town Apartments on Columbus Avenue.

n 12:05 p.m.: Police respond to report of vandalism at the Social Security Office on Center Street.

n 12:28 p.m.: Police arrest a 15-year-old male on King Street on charges of assault and battery.

n 10:29 a.m.: Police investigate a motor vehicle complaint at the Pittsfield Boys and Girls Club on Melville Street. Services are rendered.

n 12:50 p.m.: A motor vehicle is repossessed at Hillcrest Commons on Valentine Road. The vehicle is towed.

n 2:08 p.m.: Police investigate juvenile offenses at Stop & Shop on Merrill Road. Verbal advisement issued.

n 4:17 p.m.: Police investigate suspicious activity on Pomeroy Avenue. Services are rendered.

n 5:26 p.m.: Police arrest a 16-year-old male juvenile for vandalizing property, and receiving stolen property under $250.

n 9:30 p.m.: Police arrest Edwin David Torres, 34, of Burbank Street, on charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, intimidating a witness, and violation of an abuse prevention order.

n 10:21 p.m.: Police arrest Todd R. McQuade, 21, of Gordon Street, on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop or yield, and two warrants.

n 10:22 p.m.: Police arrest Lazaro Perez-Tarax, 35, of Brown Street, on charges of failure to stop or yield, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

n 11:52 p.m.: Police receive a report of shots fired on Plinn Street. Could not locate.

Sunday, Feb. 23

n 9:53 a.m.: Police arrest Richard Lee Berkeley, 43, of Union Street, for allegedly intimidating a witness.

n 10:56 a.m.: Police arrest Kathy A. Satrape, 58, of Greendale Avenue, on a disorderly conduct charge.

n 11:47 a.m.: Police arrest Benjamin M. Fielding, address unknown, of Pittsfield, on two counts of larceny over $250; two counts of receiving a stolen credit card; two counts of utter or forged credit card; and four counts of credit card fraud under $250.

n 12:32 p.m.: After a follow-up investigation, police charge Benjamin M. Fielding, 25, of Pittsfield, with two counts of larceny over $250; two counts of utter or forged credit card; two counts of receiving a stolen credit card; and four counts of credit card fraud under $250.

n 2:50 p.m.: Police investigate an activated fire alarm on Pearl Street. The Fire Department is called.

n 6:34 p.m.: Police investigate a strange, undetermined odor at Lamar Outdoor Advertising on Tamarack Road. Services are rendered.

n 6:41 p.m.: Police arrest a 15-year-old male juvenile and charge him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife); assault with a dangerous weapon (knife); assault with a dangerous weapon (baseball bat); and threat to commit murder.

n 7:53 p.m.: Police arrest Marlana L. Ellsworth, 35, of Dalton Avenue, for assault and battery and resisting arrest.

n 9:05 p.m.: Police investigate a disturbance at Columbia Arms on Columbus Avenue. Peace is restored.
