9:16 a.m.: A disabled motor vehicle is reported at Camp Stevenson on Churchill Road. The vehicle is towed.
9:32 a.m.: Police arrest Eric L. Dewey, 38, of River Street, Dalton, on four warrants.
10:24 a.m.: Police arrest Charles W. Daniels Jr., 29, of White Terrace following a motor vehicle stop on Daniels and Columbus avenues and charge him with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding.
12:26 p.m.: An outside fire is reported on Bradford Street. The Fire Department is called.
1:13 p.m.: Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with personal injury at School Street and North Street. Party is transported to the hospital.
1:44 p.m.: Police initiate a city ordinance violation at Clapp Park on West Housatonic Street. Verbal advisement is issued and no arrests are made.
2;20 p.m.: Police investigate threats on Maple Street. Services are rendered and no arrests are made
5:01 p.m.: Police arrest Lawrence W. Boos Jr., 28, of Maple Lane, following a motor vehicle stop on West Street and Nottingham Drive and charge him with possession of a Class A drug. He is also arrested on a warrant.
5:55 p.m.: Police investigate vandalism on Madison Avenue. Services are rendered and no arrests are made.
8:03 p.m.: Police investigate shots fired at Ponterrill on East Acres Road. Party could not be located.
8:51 p.m.: Police take Peter Daigneault, 54, address unknown, Pittsfield, into protective custody.
9:55 p.m.: Police investigate a report of fireworks at the Rice Building on Spring Street. Party could not be located.
10:59 p.m.: Police arrest Alfred J. Roy, 48, of Francis Avenue, following a disturbance on Francis Avenue and charge him with assault to murder, assault and battery, intimidating a witness, carrying a dangerous weapon, and kidnapping while armed with a firearm.
11:46 p.m.: Police investigate suspicious activity at Laramie Cleaners on Newell Street. Services are rendered and no arrests are made.
