Ruscetta, 31, of Flansburg Avenue, Dalton, on charges of Operating Under the Influence of Liquor, assault and battery on a police officer, possession of an open container of alcohol, and possession of Class A drug.

9:08 p.m.: Police arrest Olivia Jackson, 36, and William M Sheridan, 48, both of Harvard Street, and charge them both with assault and battery.
