1:45 a.m.: A fuel leak is reported on Dalton Division Road. Services are rendered.
3:28 a.m.: Following a well being check at the Berkshire Inn on West Housatonic Street, police arrest Ashton B. Sargent, 24, of Hickingbottom Road, Peru, on a warrant.
9:08 a.m.: Excessive smoke is reported at the North Little League on Springside Avenue. The Fire Department is called.
10:06 a.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on West Housatonic Street, police arrest Phillip J. Henault, 54, of Richmond Avenue, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for Operating Under the Influence; and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
10:36 a.m.: Police serve an arrest warrant at the Wilson Project on Memorial Drive, and arrest Sebastian Rodriguez, 26, of Memorial Drive.
11:49 a.m.: An activated fire alarm is reported at Home Depot on Hubbard Avenue. The Fire Department is called.
12:05 a.m.: An animal is impounded after animal complaints are reported at Springside Avenue and Pine Street.
1:25 p.m.: Police serve an arrest warrant on White Terrace and arrest Frank J. Gomes, 57, of South Onota Street.
2:35 p.m.: Police serve an arrest warrant on Boylston Street and arrest Richard Roland Phaneuf, 54, of Boylston Street, as a fugitive from justice without a warrant.
3:51 p.m.: Police investigate a
disturbance at the Intermodal Transportation Center on Columbus Avenue. Peace is restored and no arrests are made.
5:04 p.m.: Police serve a summons on Second Street.
5:18 p.m.: Police arrest Christina Gaudreault, 33, of West Street, on a warrant.
6:13 p.m.: Following a report of suspicious activity at Burbank Park on Lakeway Drive, police take Patrick Matthew Kustra, 35, of Second Street, into protective custody.
8:45 p.m.: Police serve a restraining order at Pomeroy House on Pomeroy Avenue.
10:08 p.m.: Police investigate a disturbance at Port Smitts Lakeway Restaurant on Pecks Road. Peace is restored and no arrests are made.
