5:34 a.m.: Police receive a report of shots fired on Briggs Avenue. The report is unfounded.

7:46 a.m.: Police investigate vandalism at Crosby Elementary School on West Street. Services are rendered and no arrests are made.

8:51 a.m.: Police arrest a 17-year-old male juvenile on a charge of assault and battery.

11:16 a.m.: Police serve a restraining order on Division Street.

12:08 p.m.: A signal light problem is reported at East Street and First Street. Referred to other agency.

12:50 p.m.: Police serve a summons on Giovina Drive.

1:47 p.m.: Police investigate harassment at Ad Lib Inc. on North Street. Services are rendered and no arrests are made.

2:49 p.m.: Police arrest Rachel Gagnon, 39, of Francis Avenue, on a charge of disturbing the peace, subsequent offense.
