9:57 a.m.: Police arrest Daniel J. Lecours, 58, of Summer Street, on a charge of drinking alcoholic beverages in public.

10:31 a.m.: An activated fire alarm is reported on Elizabeth Street. The Fire Department is called.

11:30 a.m.: Police serve a restraining order on Second Street.

11:49 a.m.: Police investigate a burglary on Francis Avenue.

1:01 p.m.: A disabled motor vehicle is reported at Dalton and Hubbard avenues. Services are rendered.

1:23 p.m.: An activated fire alarm is reported at the South Street Apartments on South Street. The Fire Department is called.

1:49 p.m.: Police arrest George J. Bliss. 28, of Onota Street, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to signal.

4:02 p.m.: Police arrest Brendan F. Fogarty, 28, of Carron Lane, Oxford, on charges of disorderly conduct and assault and battery.

5:08 p.m.: Police arrest Brian Colt Paris, 30, of East Washington Road, Hinsdale, on charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, second offense; and trespass.
