12:31 p.m.: Police arrest Jeremy A. Bartlett, 39, of Tyler Street, Pittsfield on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense).

1:15 p.m.: Police arrest Edwin Malave, 53, of Fenn Street on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and intimidation of a witness.
3:12 p.m.: Police arrest Steven Sumpter, 22, of Appleton Avenue, Pittsfield on charges of carrying a loaded firearm without a license, possession of ammunition without a firearms identification card and assault and battery.
8:54 p.m.: Police arrest Jerome J. Anderson, 50, of Profile Street, Lanesborough on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and motor vehicle bylaw violations.
