As he welcomes Aidan back home, Tad expresses his deep gratitude for the way his friend saved Jake's life. Jesse reminds Cassandra how they both want to make Angie happy, then assures the girl he would never presume to take her dad's place. At the Chandler mansion, Colby recognizes the stuffed elephant with which little A is playing and decides to return the toy to her new friend. Kendall reports to Greenlee how well Erica seems to be adjusting to prison life. Cass explains to Jesse how strange it seems being part of a family again after spending so much time with just her father in Paris.

Katie addresses her family and guests at Storm's memorial service by pointing out how hopeful we tend to be after someone has died. Looking at Storm's ashes, Katie claims they're not complete without her. She admits she has her own doubts about eternal life and then removes the top of her bandage to show everyone where Storm is now. Asking them not to turn away, Katie claims that she is the reason that Storm is dead and that she knows he didn't want to take his life. She adds that she is far closer to knowing about that desire than he ever was. Katie announces that she hates Storm for what he did but loves him too, promising that she will never forget how much he loved her.

Steve finds Kayla in pain at the house and accompanies her to the hospital. Max apologizes to Stephanie for lying to her and not trusting her. The two start kissing and when Max invites her back to his place for dessert, she turns him down. Confronting him with the black book they found on him, Bo tells Martino that it belonged to Dr. Nusbaum so it's likely that he killed the doctor. Ava demands to know what he did and offers to identify the killer as one of her father's hired hands. Angelo leaks that the doctor was simply following Martino's orders.

While Cane helps Chloe move her things into Lily and Devon's place, Devon doesn't want her to sleep on the couch because he may need it when his girlfriend sleeps over. As they argue about all of her stuff, Cane invites Lily to move in with him but she turns down the offer. When Chloe talks about redecorating, Lily reminds her that she's a guest and Chloe apologizes and offers to buy them all drinks. Having had too much to drink later, Chloe surprises Cane with a kiss. Warning him not to lead Jill on, Kay tells Jeffrey that it's obvious to her that he's still in love with Gloria.

Liberty's not pleased to find Janet is still in town and accuses her of coming back because of Brad, not her. Brad thanks Katie for being so nice to his daughter. At WOAK Katie updates Henry on meeting Brad's former lover and the mother of his daughter. Henry's astounded to hear she got Brad to send Janet packing. Back at the Lakeview, Brad enters Liberty's room and is shocked to find Janet there, wearing only a towel. He forces her to admit that she came back because she wants to be a part of what he has now with their daughter. They're interrupted by Liberty who blasts her mother for going after Brad. When Katie calls asking where he and Liberty are, Brad opts not to tell her that Janet has returned.

Dorian thinks fast to prevent an enthusiastic Roxy from messing with Adriana's hairdo on her wedding day. David triumphantly informs Jared that he knows the interloper isn't Asa's long-lost son. At Llanfair, Gigi and Rex search frantically for Shane's inhaler as the boy gasps for breath. In Virginia Beach, Starr suffers from her first unfortunate experience with morning sickness. Meanwhile, Blair begins plastering the boardwalk with photos of her daughter and Cole. After Shane collapses, Rex helps Gigi rush her son to the ER. Natalie and Jared are relieved to realize that David is still in the dark about his own ties to the Buchanan clan.

Max is forced to admit to Sonny how Jason ordered him and Milo to stay on their boss' tail as protection. Claudia tells her brother her plan to trick Jason into killing Anthony. Nikolas decides to check himself out of the hospital ahead of schedule. Kate informs her assistants that she and Sonny have broken off their relationship but icily reminds Lulu and Maxie not to use her personal life as grist for the office rumor mill. Bobbie says her goodbyes to her grandson as Carly prepares to move Michael to the new facility.

Mallet advises Dinah that after Harley came to him about her fear about a crooked cop on the force, he shredded some files. He then leaks that the cop giving the favors was Gus and seeks her help. She agrees but reminds him he's putting his own career on the line. Mallet asks her to convince Doris to ask Jeffrey to back off from any investigation. Saying he wanted him to have something that belonged to his father, Alan presents Rafe with an heirloom watch that he once gave to Gus. He asks him to consider interning at Spaulding after he's graduated and keep an eye on Bill for him. Natalia hears about the offer and chastises Alan for trying to get her son to do his dirty work.
