2012 Election: Vote on actions, not on talk
Obama has it. Romney doesn't have it. Most in Congress don't have it. Those who don't have it cannot know what it's like to be in the shoes of those who do who are left feeling surrounded by those who want to noisily bust out their lights or quietly snuff out their flame. The only way for those who have it to emotionally survive that envy is to press their mute button and act like they don't have it either. Hence Obama's first debate.
The truth is Obama had a remarkably constructive first term in creating health care legislation, turning the economic tide, repairing foreign affairs, making balanced Su preme Court appointments and making civil rights advances.
We are still much better off with a self-muting leader that has it than a self-trumpeting leader that doesn't. Vote Obama.
