ADAMS

Nathan D. Alibozek: Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology. A 2011 graduate of Hoosac Valley High School, he is the son of Doug and Linda Alibozek. During his college career he played on the baseball team and worked as a security guard at the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute.

Tanelle Ciempa: Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. A 2012 graduate of Hoosac Valley High School, she is the daughter of Robert and Deborah Ciempa. During her college career she played on the women's softball and lacrosse teams, and was named to the Dean's List for six semesters.

Dominique Hyndman: Bachelor of Science degree in biology. She first received her associate degree in environment science at Berkshire Community College. A 2007 graduate of Hoosac Valley High School, she is the daughter of Suzan Hyndman. She currently serves as a forest and park supervisor at the Department of Conservation and Recreation.

Chelsea Lefebvre: Bachelor of Science in business administration and concentrations in marketing and management. A 2012 graduate of Hoosac Valley High School, she is the daughter of Daniel Lefebvre and Julie Gregalis. During her college career she was inducted into the Alpha Chi and Delta Mu Delta honor societies, and served as the secretary for Delta Mu Delta. She also received the John Morrison White scholarship, the Bernard "Bud" Riley scholarship and the Bruton scholarship.

Kasey Puppolo: Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary studies. A 2012 graduate of Hoosac Valley High School, she is the daughter of Rodney and Lisa Puppolo.

Troy Segala: Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. A 2011 graduate of Charles McCann Technical High School, he is the son of Paul and Jennifer Segala. During his college career he studied abroad in Shanghai, China and Barcelona, Spain.

Veronica R. Sniezek: Bachelor of Arts degrees in arts management and fine and performing arts, with a concentration in theater. A 2012 graduate of Hoosac Valley High School, she is the daughter of Bruce and Patricia Sniezek. During her college career she participated in the Harlequin Musical Theatre club, the Yorick Shakespeare club and productions through the fine and performing arts department. She also completed a study abroad program in drama studies at Queen Mary University of London in the spring of 2015. Sniezek has been inducted into the Alpha Chi honor society, received the Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges award in 2016, and accepted the Isanne and Sanford Fisher scholarship in 2013 and 2015.

BECKET

Cristian Sanchez: Bachelor of Science degree in business administration,  a concentration in international business and a minor in economics. A 2012 graduate of Mt. Everett High School, he is the son of Jorge Pineda and Maiden Sanchez. During his college career he was inducted into Delta Mu Delta, the business honor society, and studied abroad in China and Brazil.

CHESHIRE

Amanda LeBarron: Bachelor of Science degree in biology. She is a 2012 graduate of Hoosac Valley High School and during her college career served as vice president of the biology club.

CHESTER

Rachel Appell: Masters in Elementary Education. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in early childhood education and Bachelor of Science degree in sociology in 2011. A 2006 graduate of Taconic High School, she is the daughter of Stephen and Sharon Appell. She is currently a fifth- and sixth-grade teacher at R.H. Conwell Elementary School. She graduated summa cum laude and is an avid Pez collector.

CLARKSBURG

Al McKinney: Bachelor of Science degree in physics. A 2012 graduate of McCann Technical High School, he is the son of Carl McKinney and Margaret Hope. During his college career, he served as the president of the Society of Physics Students.

Joanne Patenaude: Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary studies. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Gelinas, the wife of Robert Patenaude and the mother of Molly, Brady and Ryan Patenaude.

DALTON

Amy Bartlett: Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary studies and concentrations in science and education. She first attended Georgia Southern University and received her associate degree in liberal arts at Berkshire Community College. She graduated from Southland Academy in Americus, Ga. She is the daughter of Jack and Barbara Bartlett and the mother of Ethan, Cameron and Troy.

FLORIDA

Matthew Arigoni: Bachelor of Arts degree in English/communications. A 2012 graduate of Drury High School, he is the son of Peter and Barbara Arigoni. During his college career he became part of the Lambda Iota Tau honor society and has made the Dean's List every semester.

HANCOCK

Hayden Barber: Bachelor of Science degree in biology. A 2012 graduate of Mount Greylock Regional High School, he is the son of Miles Barber and Virginia Fairbank.

HOUSATONIC

Waikhine Phu: Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. A 2005 graduate of Basic Education High School No. 1 in Yangon, Myanmar (Burma), she is the daughter of Nyunt Phu and Htar Htar. During her college career she became part of the Psi Chi and Alpha Chi honor societies, and received the Margaret Hart scholarship. She will graduate summa cum laude and will attend the Teachers College of Columbia University for graduate studies in the fall.

LENOX

Benjamin Thomas Finley: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. A 2011 graduate of Lenox Memorial High School, he is the son of James and Kathy Finley. During his college career he participated in jazz band and was inducted into the Alpha Lambda Delta and Alpha Chi national honor societies.

NEW ASHFORD

Samantha Quinn: Bachelor of Science in business administration. A 2012 graduate of Mount Greylock Regional High School, she is the daughter of Matt and Sheri Quinn. During her college career she was inducted into the Delta Mu Delta honor society.

NORTH ADAMS

Joshua Colon: Bachelor of Science degrees in mathematics and physics. He first received his associate degrees in engineering technology and liberal arts at Berkshire Community College and is a 2009 graduate of McCann Technical High School. During his college career he acted as treasurer for the Society of Physics Students and was a member of the Math Society. He was also a board member of the North Adams Historical Society and participated in the North Adams Local Historic District study committee. He will be continuing a Master's degree in manufacturing engineering at the Worcester Polytech Institute.

Gary Lavariere: Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. A 2012 graduate of Drury High School, he is the son of Richard and Jayne Lavariere. During his college career he was member of the Pi Upsilon Pi fraternity and served as the cystic fibrosis chair for that organization. He also made the Dean's List in fall of 2015.

Morgan Leveque: Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. She is the daughter of Thomas and Deborah Leveque.

Anna Maffett: Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. She was a 1984 graduate of Celina Senior High and first attended Berkshire Community College. During her college career she participated in the honors program at BCC, made the Dean's List at MCLA and acted as a service dog advocate. She is also a member of the Delta Mu Delta honor society and acquired the Dente stole because of her Native American ancestry.

Casey Thomas: Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology. A 2012 graduate of Drury High School, she is the daughter of Erik and Angela Thomas.

PITTSFIELD

Marygrace Brown: Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary studies. She will graduate summa cum laude.

Cherie Dewey: Bachelor of Arts degrees in psychology and sociology. She is the daughter of Peter M. Gaviorino and the mother of Nicole Haas, Tia Dewey and Kathy Trevino.

Courtney DiCicco: Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. She is a 2008 graduate of Taconic High School. During her college career she was inducted into the Delta Mu Delta honor society and is currently a 401K account manager for Guardian Life Insurance.

Allyson Dickhaus: Bachelor of Science in business administration and a concentration in accounting. A 2012 graduate of Pittsfield High School, she is the daughter of Charles and Brenda Dickhaus. During her college career she became a member of the Delta Mu Delta honor society.

Colleen Doyle: Master's degree in education. A 1996 graduate of Taconic High School, she is the daughter of Doran and Shiela Doyle. She first received her Bachelor of Arts degree in movement science from Westfield State College and now holds a position at Pittsfield public schools.

Jennifer Foley: Master's degree in education. She first received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and education from MCLA. A 2005 graduate of Taconic High School, she is the daughter of James and Diane DePatie, the wife of Matthew Foley, and the mother of Ella Foley. She is currently an English teacher at Taconic High School.

Lance Fyfe: Bachelor of Science degree in interdisciplinary studies. A 1990 graduate of Monument Mountain Regional High School, he is the son of Donald Fyfe and Donna Boyer, the husband of Elena Fyfe and the father of Sasha Fyfe.

Taylor J. Graziola: Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics. A 2012 graduate of Taconic High School, she is the daughter of William and Cary Graziola. During her college career she was named to the Dean's List.

Richard G. Hall: Bachelor of Science degree in computer science/software development. A 1984 graduate of Taconic High School, he is the husband of Alice and the son of Richard and Judith Hall. He first received his associate degree in electrical engineering from Berkshire Community College in 1999, and will graduate from MCLA cum laude.

Amanda M. Hoag: Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a minor in applied behavior analysis. A 2004 graduate of Drury high school, she is the daughter of Jeff and Kerry Hoag, and the wife of Alan Robinette. During her college career she became a member of the Psi Chi honor society in psychology and the Alpha Chi honor society. She was also accepted into the Master's program for Applied Behavior Analysis at Northeastern University and is currently working as a behavior specialist for a local agency.

Kelle M. Hostetter: Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary studies and her Bachelor of Science degree in education. She first received her associate degree at Berkshire Community College. A 1982 graduate of Mount Greylock Regional School, she is the daughter of Joseph and Nancy Macik, the mother of Amanda and Ritchie, and the grandmother of Hayden T. Harrington and Lilianna Rose Hostetter. During her college career she was inducted into the Alpha Chi, Lambda Delta and Phi Theta Kappa honor societies and participated in a civil rights tour. She will continue her master's in education.

Jessica Hudnall: Master's degree in education. A 2002 graduate of St. Joseph Central High School, she is the daughter of Lance and Elaine Northwood and the wife of John Hudnall. She first received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Merrimack College in 2006 and is currently an English teacher at Lee Middle School and Lee High School.

Christian Kennedy: Bachelor of Science in business administration and a concentration in marketing. A 2012 graduate of Pittsfield High School, he is the son of Anthony Kennedy and Marla Denise. During his college career he participated in MassPIRG, received the John And Abigail Adams scholarship and was named to the Dean's List. He was also the Glo-Bus Industry champion and acted as campaign coordinator of the Go Solar campaign and the 100 percent Renewable Energy campaign for MassPIRG.

Ana Larkin: Master's degree in education and Spanish. She first received her Bachelor of Arts degree in government and business from the University of Maryland and is currently the chair of the Foreign Language Department at Taconic High School. She is the wife of Patrick Larkin and the mother of William and Patrick Jr., who is married to Nilsu Larkin.

Kristen Nadeau: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. A 2012 graduate of Taconic High School, she is the daughter of Dan and Lynda Nadeau. During her college career she played on the softball team for two years, acted as a tutor for computer science courses and received the Ada Lovelace Computer Science Award.

Gionna Marie Nourse: Bachelor of Arts degree in English/communications and a concentration in journalism. A 2011 graduate of Pittsfield High School, she is the daughter of Michael Nourse and Laura Lipoufski. During her college career she served as co-editor-in-chief, features editor and staff writer at "The Beacon." She also received the Ellen J. Bernstein/Gadsby Fund for Journalism Multicultural Internship in 2015, was inducted into Sigma Tau Delta in 2016, and was named to the Dean's List in the fall of 2014, spring of 2015 and fall of 2015.

Sean Pease: Bachelor's degree in sociology. A 2011 graduate of Taconic High School, he is the son of Steward Pease and Mary Delphia. During his college career he acted as vice president of the Environuts and secretary of ski club. He was also inducted into the Alpha Chi honor society.

Donna Quallen: Master's degree in education. A 1978 graduate of St. Joseph Central High School, she is the daughter of Anthony and Leona Damasca, the wife of John Quallen and the mother of Nicole, Michael and Erica. She first received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Siena College in 1982 and is now a math teacher at Pittsfield Public Schools.

Catherine M. Quinn: Master's degree in education. She is the wife of Jack Quinn and the mother of Caitlin, Dempsey and Brodie Quinn. She currently serves as English department chair at Pittsfield High School.

Alan Robinette: Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary studies. In the spring of 2010 he received his G.E.D. from the Adult Learning Center in Pittsfield. During his college career he was a member of the biology club and participated in an internship at Berkshire Museum.

Melanie A. Rowe: Bachelor of Science in business administration. She is daughter of Mike and Judie Rowe, and is a summa cum laude student.

C. Eddie Taylor: Bachelor of Science degree in interdisciplinary studies and concentrations in sociology and psychology. A 1990 graduate of Pittsfield High School, he is the husband of Ruth Taylor and the father of Akela, Solan and Daylan Taylor. During his college career he received the Phi Theta Kappa scholarship and is currently the Executive Director of the Social Education Engaging Diversity (S.E.E.D.) Network.

Alex Tierney: Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary studies and concentrations in business and psychology. He first received his associate degree from Berkshire Community College. A 2012 graduate of Taconic High School, he is the son of John and Michele Tierney. During his college career he completed four internships with the Assistive Technology Department at United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Berkshire County. He also received the Alpha Lambda Delta National Graduate Fellowship, the Mountain One scholarship, the Fairbank Family Award, and the Bryon Riesch Paralysis Foundation Award. Tierney is currently an assistive technology assistant at UCP and will pursue a Master's degree in assistive technology at George Mason University in the fall.

Gina M. Wagner: Master's degree in Education and a license in elementary education. She first graduated from MCLA in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/communications. A 2007 graduate of Wahconah Regional High School, she is the daughter of Richard R. Wagner Jr. and Debra A. Wagner. She is currently a college and career readiness counselor at Pittsfield High School and intends to pursue a career as an elementary school educator, sharing her passion for lifelong learning with the movers and shakers of tomorrow.

Kirsten Westermann: Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. A 2012 graduate of Taconic High School, she is the daughter of Ray and Kim Westermann. During her college career she participated in numerous projects for outside businesses and organizations as part of her course work, including the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce, United Cerebral Palsy and the MCLA Admission Office. She was also a member of Delta Mu Delta, received the Bruton scholarship and was named to the Dean's List.

Celeste Wheelock: Bachelor of Arts degree in English/communications and a concentration in broadcast media. She first received her associate degree in liberal arts at Berkshire Community College and graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2010. A 2005 graduate of Pittsfield High School, she is the daughter of Steve and Mary Wheelock. During her college career she participated in the WJJW radio practicum in the fall of 2013 and spring of 2014. Wheelock has performed in the UCP Telethon, Special Olympics and Dining in the Dark, sponsored by Ad Lib in Oct. of 2011. She has a black belt in Karate from the Okinawan Karate School as of November 2006, and is talented at singing and playing the piano. She has received the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society Induction Award in October of 2006, and a Critical Writer award in the English/Communications department at MCLA.

Alexandra Winnard: Master's degree in education. A 2009 graduate of Lee Middle and High School, she is the daughter of George and Sheila Kastrinakis and the wife of Nicholas Winnard. She will graduate summa cum laude.
