Adams: St. Stan’s graduates receive President’s Award


Four St. Stanislaus Kostka School students earned special recognition at graduation ceremonies on June 15.

The President’s Award for Educational Excellence was given to Hanna Koczela, daughter of Michael and Rebecca Koczela of Cheshire; Devan Galli, daughter of Steve and Kathryn Galli of North Adams; Hadleigh Atwell, daughter of David and Deanna Atwell of North Adams; and Benn Kittler, son of Brian and Carleen Kittler of Adams.

To earn this award, the student must have maintained a grade point average of at least 90 on a 100 point scale each year in grades 4-8. In addition, these students scored above the 90 percentile on their most recent standardized achievement test.

These scholars were among the 13 students who successfully completed the course of studies required by the Diocese of Springfield and St. Stanislaus Kostka School.

The graduates were: Zachery Delmolino, Natalie Diesz, Breanna Hillard, Benn Kittler, Andrew Perreault, Lydia Richardson, Olivia Sobon, and Nicole St. Germain of Adams; Hadleigh Atwell, Devan Galli, and Joseph Serrano of North Adams; Hanna Koczela of Cheshire; and Danielle Krutiak of Savoy.
