Arrest made in armed robbery at Quadland's Flowers

NORTH ADAMS — Police have arrested the man they believe is responsible for Monday's armed robbery of Quadland's Flowers & Gifts on Holden Street.

North Adams Police said David Taylor faces charges of armed assault with intent to rob a person over 60 and being in possession of a firearm while committing a felony.

Police said Taylor was found in a Bracewell Avenue apartment Tuesday evening with clothing matching what the suspect allegedly wore and a pellet gun that matched the description of the one used in the robbery.

Police said information from the public and surveillance video led to Taylor's arrest.
