Berkshire Health Systems receives benchmark award

PITTSFIELD -- Berkshire Health Systems has been named a Silver LearningElite organization for 2014 by Chief Learning Officer Magazine.

Singled out for creating and implementing exemplary workforce development practices that deliver measurable business value, Berkshire Health Systems ranked 37th from a record-breaking field of more than 200 companies participating in the prestigious annual benchmarking program.

This is the second time BHS has been recognized with the honor, having achieved a LearningElite award in 2013.

The only peer-reviewed ranking and benchmarking program developed in collaboration with chief learning officers and senior workforce development practitioners, the LearningElite has become the industry’s most valuable benchmarking tool.

The 2014 LearningElite were honored on Sunday, March 30 in Dana Point, Calif.
