MassDOT regulatory review listening session in Amherst

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation has scheduled three regulatory review listening sessions, including one in Amherst on Monday, Feb. 1.

That session will take place from 1-3:30 p.m. at the Bangs Community Center, 70 Boltwood Walk. The other sessions take place in Boston today and in Framingham on Tuesday, Jan. 19.

Stone House Realtors earn prestigious ASP designation

Suzanne Crerar, the broker/owner of Stone House Properties LLC, and associate broker Victoria Ross are now serving the Berkshires as Accredited Staging Professionals.

Both Crerar and Ross recently completed the intensive Accredited Staging Professional course in the Greater Boston area. The ASP designation is the only professional staging designation that is recognized by the National Association of Realtors.

BYP presenting "Animal House at the Museum" in February

The Berkshire Young Professionals will present a screening of the classic film Animal House on Friday, Feb. 5 at the Berkshire Museum, 39 South St.

The event will take place from 7 p.m. to midnight. A dance party and karaoke will also take place.

The cost is $10 for BYP members, $15 for non-members.
