BITS & BITES: Breakfasts, baked potato dinner highlight week
Berkshire Arts & Technology Charter Public School (BART) will host its eighth annual Fall Breakfast from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. Friday with optional school tours to take place at 9:45 a.m. This event is open to the public. A continental breakfast will be served. The program, hosted by Executive Director Jay White, will include student performances, an update on school initiatives, and news regarding recent achievements.

BAKED POTATO DINNER
A Spuds & Stuff Baked Potato Dinner with chili, broccoli and all the other usual trimmings, will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the Becket Center Church Guild Hall on YMCA Road in Becket. A variety of desserts will also be available.
The cost is $8 for adults, $5 for children, 5 to 12 years old; free for children younger than 5.

WINDSOR CHURCH BREAKFAST
The Windsor Congregational Church is having a pancake and scrambled egg breakfast from 8 a.m.to noon Sunday. Proceeds will go toward repairing vandalism to the church's windows.
The breakfast will include pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, coffee and juice.

THE OLD CREAMERY CELEBRATION
The Old Creamery Co-op in Cummington will hold a weekend-long "Birthday Party" to mark the occasion of five years as a co-op. Saturday and Sunday.
The celebration will include live music by local musicians, an old-fashioned cider pressing, samplings from local and regional producers, wine tastings with a store-wide wine sale, no-cost raffles ranging from a $100 shopping spree to a Creamery-baked pie, and samples of Creamery-baked goods including a big birthday cake.
Additionally, to express appreciation for five years of support, member-owners of the Co-op will enjoy a 10 percent savings on their shopping throughout the weekend. Anyone who becomes a new member-owner may also enjoy these discounts.
