Applications being accepted for 10th Holiday Shindy

Shire City Sanctuary is accepting applications from artisans to participate in the 10th annual Holiday Shindy, a juried handmade craft fair, on Dec. 10-11.

The event will be held at Shire City Sanctuary at 40 Melville St. Booths are $250 for a 9-foot-by-9-foot space, and $300 for a higher traffic premium corner booth.

Applications can be submitted online at, and are due by Thursday, Sept. 1. Notice of acceptance will be given on Monday, Sept. 5. Information:

Anteris expands into Intermodal Center

Anteris Solutions Inc. has expanded into the Joseph Scelsi Intermodal Transportation Center at 1 Columbus Ave.

The new office will hold Anteris' management and administrative staff. Operations and technical staff will continue to operate at Anteris' office at 449 Pittsfield Road in Lenox. The new addition brings to the total number of nationwide Anteris offices to four.

Founded in 2002, Anteris serves a variety of nationwide businesses by providing them with complete IT solutions while ensuring software and regulation compliance.

Freelancers Association to discuss LinkedIn on Aug. 11

The Upper Hudson Chapter of the Editorial Freelancers Association will meet on Thursday, Aug. 11 at Chatham Town Hall, 488 State Road 295.

"Marketing Yourself with LinkedIn" will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Networking begins at 4.

There is no charge for EFA members to attend chapter meetings. The suggested donation from nonmembers is $10.
