Century 21 Berkshire Realtors join forces

Erik Thomas, the owner of Century 21 Hearthstone Realtors of North Adams, has joined forces with Century 21 A. Perras Realty Inc. of Pittsfield, according to broker-owners Arnold and Doreen Perras.

Both companies have been serving the Berkshires for many years and will now be working together to strengthen their services throughout the county.

The transition for Hearthstone should go easily as its agents are already familiar with the Century 21 system.

Century 21 A. Perras Realty is the principal broker for Cartus Corporation that has professionally trained agents who have handled corporate relocations for third party company like Sabic, and General Dynamics USAA.
