State gas prices decline another three cents this week

The small increases in the price of crude oil at the end of last week won't affect state motorists at the pump.

AAA's survey of state gas prices on Monday founded self-serve, regular unleaded averaging $1.81 per gallon, three cents less than last week. This is the eighth consecutive week that state gas prices have fallen.

A year ago at this time the average price in Massachusetts was 25 cents higher at $2.06.The range in prices in the latest AAA survey for unleaded regular is 46 cents.
