Pittsfield: Acupuncture clinic open house
Pittsfield Community Acupuncture (PCA) will be holding a public open house from 5 to 7 p.m. today in the Sunrise Studio, located above Nautilus Gym at 42 Summer St.
Discussion will include foods that benefit you in summer, restorative qi gong exercises and participation in a free group acupuncture treatment.
PCA is made up of local practitioners Naomi Alson and Regina Touhey Serkin. They hold clinics in the Sunrise Studio on Mondays from 4 to 7 p.m. and on Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Downtown Pittsfield Inc. has relocated to its new permanent location at 33 Dunham Mall, across from City Hall.
The new office space has been designed to offer Downtown Pittsfield Inc. more visibility and access, and will include an area for interns plus a new conference room for DPI board and committee meetings, and their member organizations. The conference room seats 32.
The new space will also include offices for state Rep. Tricia Farley-Bouvier, D-Pittsfield, and the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center, which plans to move in August. Downtown Pittsfield plans to hold an open house for its new office this fall.
Originally located in the Central Block at 75 North St., Downtown Pittsfield had moved to a temporary location on the first floor of 100 North St. in May until its new space in the Dunham Mall was ready for occupancy.
