Springfield College recognizes dean's list students for the spring 2015 semester. Dean's list requires a minimum semester grade point average of 3.500.

Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester has announced its president's list for the spring 2015 semester. To be eligible for this honor, a student must compile an academic grade point average of 3.7-4.0.

• Jenna Demartino of Pittsfield is majoring in accounting.

• Cory Evangelisto of Pittsfield is majoring in accounting.

• Merianne Foster is majoring in computer information technology with a concentration in database management.

• Katelynn Iacuessa of North Adams is majoring in psychology.

• Carolin Kasch of Lenox is majoring in justice studies.

• Stacy MacDonald of Pittsfield is majoring in business studies in accounting.

• Alexandra Morehead is majoring in business administration.

• Eric Nottke of North Adams is majoring in general studies.

• Caitlyn Tuggey of Pittsfield is majoring in psychology with a concentration in child and adolescent development.

Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn. has named area students to its dean's list for the spring 2015 semester. To qualify for the dean's list, students must earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 with no grade lower than a C.

Springfield Technical Community College's has announced its spring 2015 semester dean's list. Dean's list requires a 3.3 or above grade point average. Students named to the dean's list follow:

• Sara Glidden of Russell.

• Timothy Leprevost of Lee.

• Jay Peters of Lee.

• Jacob Seckler of Pittsfield.

Lawrence University in Appleton, Wis., has announced its dean's list for the 2014-15 academic year. Students are recognized with dean's list honors for maintaining a cumulative 3.4 grade point average or higher for the full academic year.

The following area students were recognized:

• Regan Martin, daughter of James Martin and Jessica Holmes of Housatonic, is a 2013 graduate of Monument Mountain Regional High School, Great Barrington.

• Gabriella Makuc, daughter of Mark and Mary Makuc of Monterey, is a 2012 graduate of Mount Everett Regional School, Sheffield.

Matthew D. Vachereau son of David and Laurie Vachereau of North Adams, has been named to the president's list at Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Buzzards Bay. He achieved a 4.0 average for fall 2015 semester. A sophomore, Vachereau is studying marine transportation. He graduated third in his class from Drury High School in 2014.

Arianna Bashara, daughter of Mark Bashara and Hilary Bashara, both of Lanesborough, earned dean's list status at William Smith College in Geneva, N.Y., for both the fall 2014 and spring 2015 semesters.
