Cases heard in Berkshire Superior Court

In Berkshire Superior Court on Monday:

Sharareh M. Cordero, 26, of Pittsfield was arraigned on charges of conspiracy to violate drug laws, possession of PCP, and reckless endangerment of a child.

Judge John Agostini released her on her own recognizance.

The charges stem from a search of her home on March 22.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department, the Berkshire County Sheriff's Department, state troopers assigned to the District Attorney's Office and members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.

Rashard S. Garnett, 27, of Pittsfield was arraigned on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws and committing a drug violation within a drug-free park zone.

Judge John Agostini released him on $5,000 bail already posted.

The charges stem from a search of his home on March 22.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department, the Berkshire County Sheriff's Department, state troopers assigned to the District Attorney's Office and members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.

In Berkshire Superior Court on Tuesday:

Timothy J. Herring, 34, of Pittsfield was arraigned on charges of possession of heroin with intent to distribute (second offense) and possession of cocaine.

Judge John Agostini released him on $5,000 bail already posted.

The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in Lanesborough on March 19.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Lanesborough Police Department.

Davon R. Fitts, 34, of Pittsfield was arraigned on charges of possession of heroin with intent to distribute (second offense), possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (second offense) and possession of ammunition without a firearms identification card.

Judge John Agostini released him on $10,000 bail already posted.

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at his home on March 17.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department, the Berkshire County Sheriff's Department, state troopers assigned to the District Attorney's Office and members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
