Cases heard in Berkshire Superior Court on April 25
In Berkshire Superior Court Monday:
Leonel Osmin Olmedo, 26, of North Adams was arraigned before Judge Daniel Ford on two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older and one count of rape.
According to the Berkshire District Attorney's office, Olmedo is being held without bail by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency on other matters.
It's alleged that Olmedo assaulted a 17-year-old woman in North Adams on January 27 and February 8.
The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department.
Lynda M. Williamson, 34, of Pittsfield was arraigned before Judge Daniel Ford on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws and possession of heroin.
Ford released her own her own recognizance.
The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at her home on March 4.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
