Cases heard in Berkshire Superior Court on Wednesday

In Berkshire Superior Court on Wednesday:

Max B. Bohan, 25, of Brenton Terrace, Pittsfield, was arraigned on charges of possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to distribute.

He was released on $500 bail by Judge Daniel Ford.

The charges stem from a Sept. 28 incident in Pittsfield.

Stephanie A. Bullett, 30, of Church Street, Pittsfield, was arraigned on charges of possession of heroin with intent to distribute (second offense) and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

She was released on $500 bail by Judge Daniel Ford.

The charges stem form the execution of a search warrant at her residence on Oct. 9.

Matthew R. King, 33, of West Union Street, Pittsfield, was arraigned on a charge of possession of heroin (second offense).

He was released on $500 bail by Judge Daniel Ford.

The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on Oct. 9.

All three investigations were conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department, the Berkshire County Sheriff's Department and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney's Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
