Cases heard in Northern Berkshire District Court

In Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:

Maxwell Thornton, 26, of Centnary Drive, Baton Rouge, La., admitted to sufficient facts on charges of trespassing and two counts of disorderly conduct that were continued without a finding until November 18.

Laura Farron, 29, of West Main Street, North Adams, had a charge of assault and battery dismissed.

Paul Austin, 36, of Main Street, Dalton, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of class B drug possession.

On Wednesday:

Matthew Novicky, 34, of Isbell Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of class E drug possession that was continued without a finding until Feb. 16, 2017. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was continued without a finding and dismissed. Novicky was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker.

Jeannette Messer, 31, of South State Street, Cheshire, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of assault and battery that was continued without a finding until November 18.

Mackenzie Bohl, 22, of Chase Avenue, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license that was continued without a finding until October 17.
