Cases heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Dec. 18

In Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

Courtney Buda, 19, of Ashland Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise that was continued without a finding until April 19, 2016. She was fined $50.

Brian Driscoll, 21, of Ashland Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise that was continued without a finding until April 19, 2016. He was fined $50.

Stanley Tworig, 20, of Main Road, Stamford, Vt., admitted to sufficient facts on a charges of class D drug possession to distribute and class A drug possession that were continued without a finding until June 17, 2016. He was fined $50.

Sabrina Rodriguez, 22, of Main Street, Bennington, Vt., admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of larceny under $250 that was continued without a finding until April 19, 2016. She was fined $50.

Sara Simpson, 20, of East Main Street, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of shoplifting by asportation that was continued without a finding until April 19, 2016. Simpson was fined $50.

Zachery Quirk, 22, of Mohawk Trail, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of possession to distribute a class A drug that was continued without a finding until Dec. 19, 2016. He was fined $90.

Melody Robertson, 51, of Brayton Hill Terrace, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of disturbing the peace that was continued without a finding until Feb. 19, 2016, She was fined $50.
