Cases heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Jan. 25


In Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:

Daniel Kirkley, 32, of Crossey Place, North Adams, had a charge of disturbing the peace dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. He admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of disorderly conduct that will be dismissed upon payment of a $50 fine.

Robert Smith, Jr., 37, of Ashland Street, North Adams, was found responsible for disturbing the peace, which was decriminalized, and was fined $50.
