Cases heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on March 28

In Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:

Luis Torres, 41, of Chase Avenue, North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of disturbing the peace. He was fined $200.

Crystal Betters, 33, of Hall Street, North Adams, will have a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon payment of a $50 fine. She was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker.

Kyle Rolnick, 31, of Cross Road, Clarksburg, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of disturbing the peace that was continued without a finding until May 27. He was fined $50.

Stephen Hosier, 29, of Exchange Street, Athol, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty of domestic assault and battery. He was sentenced to one year in jail with 36 days of credit for time already served.
